Former BNY Mellon COO Joins GF Parish Group

GF Parish Group is pleased to announce the addition of Scott Wennerholm to its team. Scott brings over 25 years of financial services experience, having held senior positions in finance and operations for such firms as BNY Mellon, Natixis and Fidelity. In his role as Vice President and Senior Consultant, Scott will establish and manage the firm’s Boston office and take the lead in expanding the firm’s Boston-based practice, in addition to fulfilling general management responsibilities. Scott received his MBA from Boston University, his BA from Furman University and currently serves on the Board of Trustees at Wheelock College in Boston.

Twin Cities Investment CTO/COO Round Table

GF Parish Group teamed up with local investment technology company Adeptyx to host the first Twin Cities Investment CTO/COO Round Table, a gathering of operations and technology leaders from traditional and alternative investment companies based in the area. Attended by more than 25 industry professionals, the goal was to provide the group with an opportunity to discuss common issues and trends, debate best practices and to reconnect socially. Julie Amende has joined the firm as a Search Consultant

GF Parish Group is pleased to announce that Julie Amende has joined the firm as a Search Consultant. Julie, a former product specialist in alternative investments with Ameriprise Financial, will focus on expanding our alternatives practice, particularly within REITS, hedge funds and managed futures. She also spent more than four years as a research analyst at both ThinkEquity LLC and Piper Jaffray, covering more than 25 public companies within the consumer sector. Julie holds a BA in Economics and Management from Luther College.

Phil has spent more than a decade in the investment industry, most recently as a consultant with DCAdvisors, an institutional retirement plan and investment consulting firm. While there, Phil was responsible for consulting with clients on investment manager performance and on retirement plan design and was a member of the firm’s investment and management committees. “Though he will be engaged in a wide range of retained search projects, Phil will be working specifically to expand our business in the Retirement and OCIO markets, where he has great experience and insight”, noted GF Parish Group’s President, Gabrielle Parish.
